Anyway, just in case you don't know me, I'm Shan, DCphile and general know-it-all bride. I am getting married in midsummer 2010.
Yes. Midsummer. In DC! It'll be amazing (if amazingly hot).
People ask me if I work on the Hill (that's the in-the-know way to refer to the Senate and House of Reps) and I always laugh at them. I am fascinated by politics, but it's not for me. It is, however, just the thing for my fiance and he's really freaking good at what he does.
If you're still reading, I promise you three things. I promise you drama, since I'm a drama queen. I promise to post as many details as possible -- although you might not get to see The Dress(!) until I'm married -- and I promise to leave nothing out.
